Diane works from her home studio here in northern Colorado using precious metals and gems, carefully crafting each of her pieces individually, so that each one is truly unique.
In Diane’s previous life, she was a potter for 28 years and was extremely passionate for clay. She’s been making jewelry since 2004. Most of her work originates from flat pieces of silver and wire, which when manipulated with tools and a torch turns into jewelry. Diane wants her work to show the mark of the maker. She’s not into polish and precision. Form, function, and balance are of the utmost importance when she is creating her work.
